I especially appreciated his walking through the condo with me after the contractor "finished" his work, marking all the nit-picky things I wanted corrected, and contacting the contractor to come back to repaint some places and to refix a faucet. Phil even kept in close contact with me while he was in Florida dealing with an illness and death in the family, and he made arrangements for a colleague to be with me at the closing.
